For quick support we connect to your computer via TeamViewer. You download the small tool and run it; that is all you need to do. We see you come online automatically and connect. You watch along the whole time.
For Windows. TeamViewer only starts with your permission and shows you everything that happens.

Finding the downloaded file
The file does not open by itself. Where you find it depends on your browser:
In Google Chrome
Click the file in the download bar at the bottom left.
In Firefox and Edge
Click the download arrow at the top right, then click the file there.
